"We welcome the new year with anticipation, excitement, and many unknowns."

Sent by Jeremy Zoch | January 2024

As we enter 2024, I'd like to use our time together to think about a few things as we begin our next trip around the sun.

1) What are you most looking forward to in the new year?

-How do you make those a priority and make the very most of these times?

-Who do you plan to spend time with this year?

2) We are often good at being human "doings" and creating helpful "to-do" lists, but take some time to think about yourself as a human "being" - body, mind, and spirit - what do you want more of and less of in those areas.  Write them down.

I intentionally want to be less anxious, more patient, loving, and grateful.

3) Creativity and growth continue to help us find renewal, energy, and fulfillment.

-How do you plan to exercise your creativity this year and continue growing?

-What are a few new items you would like to add to your list?

I just had my first rowing lesson at the Newport Aquatic Center and could not believe how active my brain and body had to be to keep myself upright and going somewhat in a straight line.

It had been a dream of mine since reading the "Boys in the Boat" a few years ago and I look forward to getting better at it this year.

I wish you a blessed and wonderful year!  Cheers!

Until next month,
